(A) . Photograph (Passport Size)
(B) Rent Agreement (or) Electricity Bill / House Tax Receipt / Khatauni in case of Rented Premises
(C) Electricity Bill / House Tax Receipt / Khasra – Khatauni in case of own premise
(D) Front Page of Passbook / Bank Statement / Cancelled Cheque

** Make sure you have the same mobile which is linked to your Aadhaar, else first complete the mapping of your mobile and then do the registration
